I tried setting up affiliate links on my own website, (www.shamrockstamps.comLink (http)) but while Delcampe says "Ads of different sizes highlighting randomly an item of your Delcampe store" it is not displaying any of my store items.
Maybe its too soon as I only set it up today, but I don't have a "sponsorship" button in My Delcampe.
On a separate issue, some of my auction items have ended without bids, where should I be able to find them, or are they removed from the system.

Hi Shamrock,
Can't help with the banner but when you have auctions that have finished they are in 'My Delcampe' under My Sales : Closed.

I sorted the closed auctions and found my items closed without bids, thanks Sandra.

I've had no luck on the affiliate side - Luke seems to have vanished! - sent two messages, no response.

And I'm not sure if there's anyone else looking after technicals.

I am even a Gold Member and there was promised 'immediate Helping Hands' for Gold-Members....Forget it..!
I'd rather prefer to believe all Chr. Andersen's fairy-tales, than any promises from the Delcampe-team, as the situation is as now....

I can't send invoices for more than a week, because my "Closed Auctions"-screen does not appear correctly and stays blanc !!

maybe there are new problems since the change over from the servers in the u.s. to the ones in brussels. and the team is working on them and too busy to respond. i don't know if luke has a background in software engineering along with his language skills and is assisting in this process, or is still learning the 'ropes' of the company. everyone has his apprenticeship and we must give him time to learn, esp. as all these changes are occuring. i understand your frustration and share it with you, but i have been here far longer than most any other member, #301. and being retired, i guess i am not affected as badly as others by diminshed sales. i would hope that communications between you and sebastien and the team improve. take care and un bon semaine pour vous.

Just to update you.........there is no update!
Seriously, I'm new here, about six weeks registered and have made a few sales and bought a few items (Irish stamps is my interest.
I'm very impressed with the site, especially the fees, as I also use the "other auction site". However, I know I'm in a niche category but the traffic seems to be quite slow, and the response regarding any query from the Delcampe team at the moment appears non-existant, maybe they're under pressure in other areas, but can't they just say that on the site rather than evryone sending emails that are not repsonded to.
I haven't solved the affiliate link thing, I was hoping to make a few Euro through new customers signing up through my site, with the added advantage of new items coming for sale from new sign-ups and of course more people using the site.
Anyway, that's my rant for today, and I almost forgot - I was reading about the charges people were paying for withdrawls from Moneybookers, and it occured to me that if you were using a MB account on another site - lets say online bookies - you could move your MB cash to that account and then withdraw using wahtever facilities were available - as most (I've heard, I don't participate) offer cheques and other avenues for paying customers.

I put the affiliate link on my site but have no way of knowing if it is registering new signups as the "sponsorship" button has not appeared in my control panel.
As well as that the Delcampe site says its animated banner will show "Ads of different sizes highlighting randomly an item of your Delcampe store" but the banner is not displaying any of my store items.

aha, first register......

Then the links on your account are active...

Probably 1000+ members allready find their way via your website to Delcampe....

But It is only active when you have registered for "Partner-progam "...

Thanks for all your help..and patience!
I've done evrything - I even signed up for the affiliate partner programme as suggested, but the site had said all that was needed to join the delcampe programme was being registed with Delcampe, which I was/am. I've sent all the relevant emails - even direct to the D technical person - but I'm still waitin'.
Anyway, i'm keeping my fingers crossed and my inbox open...........just in case!
I'll keep you informed.
