MOURNING COVER: Mourning Cover from Newport Pagnell to Leicester, 19 October 1853.  Great Britain  (England).   Mourning (no contents) Cover from Newport Pagnell to  Leicester, 19 October 1853, bearing a Red-Brown imperf., tied by an unidentifiable mark. B/S with a 75% visible Newport Pagnell broken double arc in yellow, a 95% visible Ravenstone undated broken double arc in green and a blurred 100% visible Market Harborough double arc in bright green dated 19 October 1853. Condition: Breaking the seal has resulted in an approx  irregular 3mm x 1.2cm max piece missing from lip at point of seal. However, when closed the black printed emblem on the lip tip becomes complete. There is a small approx 1.5 x 1.7 ink-stained piece of paper attached to a bottom corner of the back face, and a 6mm wide faint-in-places grubby panel running along the bottom edge of same and 2 small clusters of faint ink or grubby smears,  otherwise; this is a Very Good++ cover with an exceptionally fine front and without any other readily noticeable faults.    SHIPPING: mjcollectables-on-line Fair-To-You postal charges are minimal; based on Royal Mail prices: Email “mjnunn@mjcollectables.co.uk” to quickly obtain the shipping charge for this item  -  We normally check our mailbox on six occasions every day, including Sundays!  Note: Over the next few months we shall be continually entering many more philatelic related items  i.e. entires, adhesives on entires and covers, first flights, first day covers, postcards, stamps etc, as well as quality vintage books and LP’s  -  Check out our Delcampe shop!    REF: SD0171

Covers and similar items sent in envelopes are transit-protected by cards both sides of the item. Small books and similar items are transit-protected by individually sealed air-bubble-lined with Tough Kraft Outers. Larger and or heavier books and similar items are transit-protected by air-sealed bubble-wrap-lined cardboard boxes. Non-fragile items are securely parcelled. Newspapers and un-framed maps are protected by cardboard tubes. Wherever possible; re-claimed cardboard is used. Items are normally dispatched within two days of receiving confirmation of payment. Note: despite the cost of providing this high-rate of transit-protection, you may be pleasantly surprised to discover how reasonable our shipping charges are. 

RETURNS POLICY: 

We have tried to be honest and comprehensive in describing the goods. However, If for any reason you are unhappy with the item/s you have purchased, we offer a "no-quibble", money-back guarantee on all goods (7 day UK. 14 day Europe. 21 day Worldwide).
