In cleaning out a box that I packed for moving 35 years ago(!!!) I discovered this nice lot of the Universal Penny Postage paper and printing varieties. I never did get around to including it in a collection.
I remember buying this one rainy day in Dunedin, NZ in 1971 when I was on a 6 month tour of the Pacific rim countries. NZ was worth a second trip and we were there for a month 4 years ago.
