June 10, 1918
12 Kop tariff abroad from March 10, 1918. The tariff abroad was cheaper then within Russia (20 Kop).
The postcard is overfranked by 1 Kop and sent to Kurland, occupied by German troops at that time.

GSPK mit ZSFr 10 Kop von Moskau nach Kurland (dt. besetzt), 2 russ. Zensurstempel, Stempel Moskau, Libau, Stempel „W“? Sieht aus wie „R“-Stempel von Riga, interessant
